Strawberry Yogurt Split
24 bananas
6 lbs. (6 cups) fresh whole California Strawberries
6 lbs. (3 quarts) vanilla yogurt
7 oz (1 1/2 cups) toasted chopped almonds
Directions
1. For individual servings, peel and split 1 banana. 2. Place banana halves in serving bowl. Top with 4 oz. (1 cup) fresh strawberries, 4 oz. (1/2 cup) yogurt and 1 tablespoon chopped toasted almonds. Yield: 24 Servings
