Fall 2011 Request for Proposals (RFP)
The Fall 2012 Request for Continuing and Extension/General support funding is available for review. The California Strawberry Commission invites qualified researchers from public and private research organizations to request funding for projects that will directly benefit the California strawberry industry. Applied and basic research projects that clearly benefit the California strawberry industry will be considered. For the 2012-2013 time period, the California Strawberry Commission approved more than $1 million for research and extension projects.

• September 9, 2011 – RFP sent out
• October 24, 2011 – Deadline for submission of proposals
• February 2012 – Release of fund for approved projects
