This class will be facilitated in SPANISH.
This workshop is for front-line crew leaders, growers, ranch managers or any employee involved in implementing food safety practices in strawberry production. The class offers participants an opportunity to refresh their knowledge of recommended food safety practices, as well as identify persistent barriers to compliance. Participants will also practice
methods to promote and communicate with harvesters about food safety. Lunch will be provided.
