This week, the California Strawberry Commission’s Public Service Announcement (PSA) encouraging farm workers to get vaccinated will begin airing on local English and Spanish language television stations in the Monterey Bay Area. The PSA will appear daily during the evening news on local CBS, FOX, Telemundo, and Univision stations.
The PSA will also advise farmworkers who may have received their first vaccine dose and then relocated to the Monterey Bay Area to ask their employer for assistance in scheduling a second dose.
